The 19th Society ("we", "us", "our") is a private invitation list curating rounds of golf and the dinners that follow. You can reach us at info@19thsociety.co.uk.
When you apply to a round, send us a letter, or otherwise correspond with the curators, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, what you do, the round you are interested in, and the contents of your letter.
We hold this information for one reason — to read your letter, reply by name, and, if it is the right fit, invite you to a round. We do not run mailing lists. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
We keep applications and correspondence for as long as is reasonable to consider you for current and future rounds. If you would like us to delete what we hold, write to us and we will.
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@19thsociety.co.uk and a real person will reply.
If we change the way we handle your information we will update this page, with a fresh "last updated" date above.
